TodoCal terms, privacy, and refunds

License

A TodoCal Pro Founder Beta purchase grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the current beta on up to three personal Macs. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer except where applicable law permits, or use one license as a shared organizational license.

Beta terms

TodoCal is pre-release software. Features, compatibility, and support may change. No future feature, major release, or third-party service compatibility is promised. Preview your first sync and maintain current backups. The local task file is authoritative; remote edits can require conflict handling.

Privacy

TodoCal stores profiles and sync state locally, and stores CalDAV credentials and license data in macOS Keychain. It communicates with the CalDAV endpoint you configure and with Polar for license activation and validation. TodoCal does not send your local task file to the licensing service, sell personal information, or operate a proprietary task-data cloud.

If you email feedback or support, Buckshot Digital Sales Inc. receives the information you choose to include and uses it to answer, debug, and improve TodoCal. Never send passwords, app tokens, or license keys.

30-day refund

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@bdsalesinc.ca from the purchase email address. When refunded, the Pro license benefit is revoked. A refund does not delete your local files or profiles.

Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis at info@bdsalesinc.ca. Include your TodoCal version, macOS version, CalDAV provider, steps to reproduce, and redacted diagnostics. Do not include secrets.

Third parties and responsibility

Apple, Polar, your CalDAV provider, and other third-party services are outside our control. You are responsible for service credentials, provider terms, and backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TodoCal is supplied without warranties and Buckshot Digital Sales Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
